What I notice right now is a lack of compassion that is alarming. It’s like a puddle that has just plain dried up but alongside it, or somewhere else nearby there is still compassion.
People on the boards here show great compassion for each other. I demonstrated my compassion in ways that were significant over the last 24 hours – however as far as I can see, it is not either / or.
By that I mean I don’t think we have two groups, one compassionate, the other not. The same people who show compassion show an alarming lack of compassion depending on the people(s) or subjects involved. The people who mostly show a lack of compassion are extremely compassionate when it comes to the people or things they value.
